Skully Boy

Ok....Here he is....Skully Boy!

He is a 7 page upcycled album, with tons of upcycled embellies (in this kit i will paint all the embellies that are NOT solid black so that you can replicate my book easier. I used several colors of spray paint to create lots of depth and texture on the front cover...kinda has an urban grunge feel. All the pages are pre-die cut for you so that it is easy to assemble.

this book is nice and plump! Just the way I like 'em, chock full of goodies and lots of details!

crystal lacquer/diamond glaze

glue dots for front cover embellishments

black ink pad to swipe edges of book

I am sooooo addicted to skully goodness...I had to make a class using some of my favorites. This sweet upcycled cardboard book is 8 pages filled with tons of bling, cardboard embellies, cool brads, and fabu papers, including pink leopard papers from  my ROCKIN baby collection and flocked paper from my Amore collection....You know me I love to mix it up! It is finished off with some french ribbon, velvet ribbon and faux suede ribbon....the textures of these are delicious!

This kit has over 75 pieces in all. (all pages are die cut to fit pages)

Teaching at Memory Mania in August!!!!!

Miss Tammy Murphy has a great store called Memory Mania. I taught there earlier this year and was treated to some of the yummiest cajun food and the sweetest hospitality ever! Tammy is one passionate store owner with great out of the box ideas and events. Not to mention she has more energy than I do.... Gosh, I can't even think of a more PERFECT cover than this one. I love butterflies, and the distressed look is perfect.

New Class Samples----Get Your Flock on!

This is a get your hands dirty(no surprise there!) get your ink on and glimmer till your hearts content. Make little birdies out of dictionary paper and wire...Mix it up a bit with AccuCuts new book Die, and throw in a delish paper combo, and call it good.

This class will be offered March 8th at Ever After Scrapbook Store in Vista and March 14th at Scrapbook Garden in Huntington Beach. More locations and dates coming soon.

I got a phone call, asking if I would be interested in teaching at Creative Escape.Umm Yeah! Sounds like a blast to me. Making my class sample this weekend....it is going to be ROCKIN! 

I wrote a new Bio yesterday for the Creative Escape website....it is soooo hard to talk about myself. Much harder than teaching, designing classes or making art. So go easy on me.
